Reliance Communications Customer Care Appellate Officers
Reliance Communications has established very elaborate and multi-channel customer care system. [hana-code-insert name=’large rectangle’ /]In rarest of the rare situations the problem is of very complex nature and does not get redressed from all of the Reliance Communications Customer Care systems, including the Nodal Officer. In such a situation you can escalate your grievance to the senior most authority within the Reliance Communications Customer Care matrix, and that is the Appellate Officer. There are Appellate Officers specifically appointed to look into matter of such nature and they are located across the country on a State-wise / Circle-wise / City-wise Basis.

They also form very much a part of Reliance Communications Customer Care system, however they address grievances which are not sorted by all other existing channels of Customer Care, including the Nodal Officer.
You can register your complaints in writing with these Appellate Officers from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays, 1st & 3rd Saturday and national holidays) between 0930 HRS to 1800 HRS.
