Skipping and swimming
You can go for swimming and skipping in the morning time to gain height. Along with it you can also stretch your body standing on your toes. If you give 20-30 minutes every day to these exercises, then surely the hard work will give you good results.
Running
Those people who have athlete body can go for running at a high speed. This will help your body grow naturally and also the growth of hormones will be released in a good quantity.

People who really want to gain height after 18 have to stop consuming items like drugs, inhibitors and antibiotics. This will stop the present growth and it will also not make any differences to the exercises.
Sleep
Sleeping properly for 5-8 hours in the night and having a good diet avoiding junk food will help you a lot. Also drink 8 glasses of water every day and try to intake dairy products too.
